In previous article, I told about the steps to sign up for a blogger account. In this post I will tell you the steps to start a new blogger blog. Blogger supports unlimited number of blogs (as they have not stated the limit). Today we will talk about starting a new blog when you already have a blog account. If you don’t have a blogger account, then check out the tutorial to set up a blogger account.
The steps for setting up a new blog with blogger are simple and are described below with help of suitable images and steps. The steps go like this:
- Sign In for Blogger, if you are already signed to Google Account, then go to Blogger Dashboard
- Click on “New Blog” button as shown in picture.
- A window as shown below will appear.
- Fill your blog’s name in the “Title” field.
- In address field, fill the required address of your blog. This address will be used by your blog readers to reach your blog. Blogger will check and tell you if the address filled by you is available or already taken.
- Choose the template of your blog from those shown below. Template defines how your blog will look after setup. Don’t worry, You may change it later if you want. There are many Blog Templates available for free. You may Google them if you want.
- Click on “Create Blog” button. A new blog will be created and added to your dashboard.
