- Care, use and type of microscope.
- Morphology of plant parts indicated in theory.
- Description of flowers related to families mentioned in theory.
- Gross identification of slides of structure and life cycle of lower plants/animals mentioned in theory.
- Microscopic examination of stem, root and leaf of monocot and dicot plants.
- Structure of human parasites mentioned in theory with the help of specimen.
NOTE: ANY OTHER EXPERIMENT (S) MAY BE INCLUDED IN SUPPORT OF THE THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE COURSE.
